3. Use of the Service
The Service allows you to convert PDF files into Excel spreadsheets and to use related file conversion tools. The Service is provided free of charge. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and convert any file you submit.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload any file that infringes the rights of others, contains malware, or violates any applicable law. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
5. Your Files and Content
You retain all ownership rights in the files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content and process your files solely to provide the conversion you request. Uploaded files and their converted outputs are automatically deleted from our servers within a short period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, text, graphics, and other materials that form part of the Service, excluding your uploaded files, are owned by or licensed to Mytheon Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that conversion results will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
